How is the 99.99% grading accuracy measured?

We compare NHQ’s grades with a reference on a sample of hides. Ask us for the full details. How we measure

Does NHQ replace our graders?

No. NHQ finds and measures the defects. Your grader makes the final call.

Can NHQ grade to our rules, or our customer’s spec?

Yes. Grade by side, whole hide, zone or grid, with your own grade names and limits, or a standard like USHSLA. Change the rules any time, with no new scan.

Which hides can it inspect?

Wet blue and wet white.

How fast is the line?

Up to 7 hides per minute, on a conveyor running at up to 50 m/min.

Where does NHQ sit in our line?

After sammying. The hide gets its code, is scanned and graded, then stacked by grade. The data goes to your ERP.

What is printed on the hide, and where?

A code, printed without touching the hide, where your team wants it. The scan reads it.

Where does our data go? Can it feed our ERP?

In the NHQ web app. You get PDF reports, an API, ERP feeds, single sign-on and user roles.
