What we collect

• The details you enter in the demo form: your name, work email, company and country, and, if you add them, the hides you run, your phone number, your message and your choice about NHQ news.
• Context sent with the form: the language and version of the page, the campaign parameters of the link you followed (utm), which “Book a demo” button you used, the page address and the domain of the site that referred you.
• Technical data: to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details. Our own logs never contain your form details.
• Audience and performance measurement without cookies: Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count page views and measure loading times in aggregate, without cookies and without building a profile of you.

Why, and on what legal basis

• Answering your request and arranging a demo, including the confirmation email: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Occasional NHQ news, only if you tick the box: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to contact@hidexe.com; this does not affect earlier processing.
• Keeping the site secure and free of spam (hidden spam traps, limits on repeated sending): our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Measuring the site’s audience and performance without cookies: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who processes your data for us

Your details are processed by Hidexe and by these service providers, acting on our instructions:

• Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting, delivery of the site and cookieless audience measurement.
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): delivery of the emails sent by the demo form (to Hidexe and your confirmation).

Transfers outside the European Union

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

How long we keep it

Retention period for requests and correspondence: To be provided

If you asked for NHQ news, we keep your email address for that purpose until you withdraw your consent.

Hosting logs are kept by the provider for a short period and contain no form details.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, a restriction of its use, or a copy in a portable format. You can object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest, and withdraw your consent to news. Write to contact@hidexe.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority: Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15, Boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, cnpd.public.lu.

Do you have to give us your details?

No. Without your name, work email, company and country we cannot answer your request; everything else is optional.

Automated decisions

We make no automated decisions and do no profiling based on your details.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. The page language is chosen from your browser settings, and nothing is stored to remember it. When you send the demo form, your browser keeps the times of your recent requests in its local storage, to prevent repeated sending. This stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time.
